Shipping policy

We offer free local pickup or $15 Australia Post Express shipping on most items.

Bass guitars are shipped for a flat rate of $70 to most parts of Australia.

Our shipping time frame is 1-5 business days. 

Amplifiers, please contact us first, we will ship and calculate costs on a case by case basis.

We do not ship second hand amplifiers but are happy for the customer to arrange their own courier/pickup service.

Country Areas, Darwin and Northern QLD may incur extra freight charges, please message us for a quote before ordering. Also please note, some items due to size and weight just cannot be realistically shipped interstate.

All order will be packed extremely well, bubble wrapped and marked fragile, if you have any concerns about anything please contact us. We love bass gear as much as you do and want to see it arrive in a timely manner and in one piece.
