About Us

Bass Workshop is a small independent music shop in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. It is 100% owned and run by  experienced Bass players, serving the Australian Bass community since 2018. We sell, setup, service and repair Basses, Guitars, Amps and FX pedals.

All our new & second hand basses leave the store “Gig Ready”, fully serviced & setup. Every Bass we sell automatically comes with a complimentary #dayspa service that can be used anytime within the first 12 months. Any further enquiries please feel free to message the team.

Selling gear privately can be a nightmare at times, if you are done dealing with Scammers, Low Ballers and Time Wasters that Marketplace and Gumtree seem to attract bring your pre loved gear Bass gear down to the shop and we are more than happy to take it on consignment.

All the second hand Basses we sell are sold setup and serviced with our 12 month warranty and looked after as if it’s one of our own.

Amps and pedals are cleaned and serviced and sold with limited warranty.

Interstate sellers please call and we can arrange courier to pickup your gear and get it to the shop.
