The Stentor S1950 Rockabilly is a robust, affordable 3/4 size double bass designed specifically for rock ’n’ roll and slap playing styles. Built to handle energetic performance and regular transport, it offers durability, punchy tone, and reliable playability at an accessible price point.

The bass features a laminated spruce arched top with laminated maple back and sides, providing strength, feedback resistance, and the fast response needed for slap technique. An ebonised hardwood fingerboard and tailpiece, fitted European bridge, and quality machine heads with gold base plate complete the classic rockabilly look and feel. Fine painted dual black purfling adds a smart visual finish.

Supplied as a complete outfit, it includes a deluxe padded gig bag with accessory pockets and a good quality wood bow, making it ready for practice, rehearsal, or stage use straight out of the box.
